Chris is the Chief Executive Officer of SQUAN and a dynamic leader in the business-to-business field services sector. With over 35 years of broad industry experience, he has worked with both blue-chip corporations and private equity-backed platforms.
As CEO, Chris is known for building high-performing teams and driving exceptional customer satisfaction and financial results. He fosters a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement by attracting, training, and developing dedicated professionals who thrive in competitive environments.
Chris received his MBA from Michigan State University’s Eli Broad College of Business. He is deeply committed to measuring outcomes, managing results, and cultivating a mindset of personal responsibility. A passionate coach and strategic thinker, he enjoys challenging individuals and businesses to reach their full potential.

As Chief Operating Officer at SQUAN, Joe leads national fiber engineering and construction operations, with a focus on safety, quality, scalability, and regional expansion in FTTH and 5G (macro and small cell) initiatives. He joined SQUAN in 2022, bringing more than 35 years of experience in telecommunications, electrical construction, and IT systems.
Joe has held leadership roles at major corporations including Verizon and HP, and spent 16 years at Unity International Group, where he led both IT services and full-service electrical contracting operations. Prior to SQUAN, he served as President of a leading NYC-based telecom and electrical construction firm.
He holds a Master of Science in Telecommunications Engineering from NYU Polytechnic and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.

As Chief Administrative Officer at SQUAN, Don leads the company’s Operational Excellence strategy, focused on streamlining operations, simplifying business processes, implementing technology and enabling strategic growth. He is responsible for developing and executing the vision for infrastructure tools and processes that support both current operational objectives and long-term goals. His oversight also includes subcontractor management and compliance, ensuring alignment with SQUAN’s standards for safety, quality, and performance. Additionally, Don oversees the company’s extensive fleet operations, driving efficiency and reliability across all of SQUAN’s deployment centers.
With over 38 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, Don has held senior roles spanning startups to Fortune 50 companies. His expertise includes telecommunications services, network and software solutions, and organizational transformation. He has led initiatives in restructuring, sales enablement, customer experience, strategic partnerships, complex contract negotiations, pricing, sales operations, finance, and human resources.
Don holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Mount St. Mary’s University in Emmitsburg, Maryland.

Sam serves as Chief Financial Officer at SQUAN, where he leads accounting, financial planning and analysis, tax, treasury, and M&A functions. He brings a broad financial leadership background from roles in both public and private equity-backed companies.
Before joining SQUAN, Sam held leadership positions at Stallion Infrastructure Services and Quanta Services, focusing on underground infrastructure and telecom. Prior to that, he worked in high-growth international markets at Nike, serving most recently as CFO for Nike do Brasil. Sam began his professional career with PricewaterhouseCoopers, working with multinational energy clients across Houston, Brazil, and Angola.
Sam previously served as an economic Foreign Service Officer for the U.S. Department of State. He is also a former Peace Corps volunteer, and he is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish. He is a graduate of Southern Methodist University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

As Chief Development Officer at SQUAN, Marc is focused on driving growth and profitability through clear vision and precise execution. He leads the development of strategic partnerships that serve a diverse customer base across FTTH, Cable MSO, ILEC, Middle Mile, Long-haul, Infrastructure Group, EMC, Tower Operators, MNOs, and WISPs.
An accomplished executive with over 20 years of experience in telecom sales and infrastructure, Marc has generated more than $1 billion in total run rates by consistently innovating through major technology shifts. Before joining SQUAN, he held senior leadership roles at XO Communications, Time Warner Cable, Digital Realty Trust, Fiberlight, and Kinetic by Windstream.
With deep expertise in sales, marketing, and operations, Marc specializes in technology transformation, team development, and go-to-market strategy. He was named to Capacity Magazine’s Power 100 list in 2020, 2021, and 2023—a global ranking of the most influential leaders in the carrier space. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Utica.

OUR LEADERSHIP

Diana is SQUAN’s Chief Human Resources Officer. She brings over 25 years of HR and operational leadership experience to SQUAN, including more than a decade in private equity-backed companies. With a strategic mindset and entrepreneurial drive, she is passionate about developing people, building strong teams, and fostering a high-performance culture.
Her career spans a wide range of industries, including highway maintenance, cybersecurity, mining, environmental services, oil and energy, construction, telecommunications, manufacturing, aviation, food and facilities management, staffing, security, and government contracting. Diana is also highly experienced in M&A due diligence and integration.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Wisconsin and has completed an executive development program at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Diana is also a member of the Forbes HR Council.

As Chief Technical Officer at SQUAN, Scott leads strategic initiatives across new business, process improvement, resourcing, capacity planning, and corporate development. He joined SQUAN in 2022, bringing over 15 years of progressive experience in the telecommunications sector.
Scott has been integral to many of the largest FTTx deployments in the U.S., working across MSOs, CLECs, and EPC vendors to shape network strategies and architectures. As a founder and former owner of a successful telecom engineering and consulting firm, Scott is a proponent of solutions-focused, servant leadership.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a minor in Education from the University of North Texas. Scott maintains active memberships with BICSI, SCTE, and PMI and holds credentials as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
