Diverse Suppliers Encouraged to Register

• 51% or greater ownership by a U.S. citizen (and Puerto Rico) or Permanent Resident who is diverse*

Employee number is required because in accordance with FAR19.701 a small business for a subcontractor under $10,000 is one with less than 500 employees. For subcontracts over $10,000, the size is determined by the NAICS code in the procurement.
